Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DevKit Pro (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

DevKit Pro is a mobile application that provides developer tools including JSON formatting, JWT decoding, Base64 encoding/decoding, QR code generation, and timestamp conversion. The App is available in two versions:

  • Free Version: Provides 5 uses per tool per day
  • Unlimited Version: Provides unlimited access through a paid subscription

Subscription Terms

Unlimited Subscription

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($79.99/year)
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store account settings
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google's refund policies

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for Unlimited subscriptions. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the subscription. You can cancel during the trial without being charged.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal activity or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits in the free version
  • Share your Unlimited subscription account with others
  • Use the App to process illegal, harmful, or malicious content

Intellectual Property

DevKit Pro and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.

Your input data (JSON, JWT tokens, etc.) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of content you process through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy of tool outputs (JSON formatting, JWT decoding, etc.)
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data processed through the App
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

While we strive for accuracy, you should verify important outputs independently. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on App outputs.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
  • Errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
  • Unauthorized access to your device or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Unlimited subscription in the past 12 months, or $50, whichever is less.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We may also change pricing, features, or usage limits with notice to active subscribers.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • Your payment fails or is disputed
  • We suspect unauthorized account sharing

You may delete your account and app data at any time by uninstalling the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat) for payments and subscriptions. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or issues.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, through the App or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
