What is DevKit Pro?

Is my data secure?

Yes! All processing happens locally on your device, your data never leaves your phone. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Which platforms are supported?

DevKit Pro is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices.

Subscriptions & Pricing

What's included in the free version?

The free version includes all tools with a limit of 5 uses per tool per day. Usage resets daily at midnight. History is limited to the last 10 items.

What's included in Unlimited?

Unlimited gives you unlimited access to all tools, priority support, and unlimited history. Choose monthly ($9.99) or annual ($79 - save 34%).

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → DevKit Pro → Cancel Subscription

Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → DevKit Pro → Cancel Subscription

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. Contact Apple or Google support to request a refund within the first 48 hours of purchase.

Does Unlimited sync across devices?

Yes! If you use the same Apple ID or Google account, your Unlimited subscription automatically works on all your devices.

Using the Tools

How do I format JSON?

Paste or type your JSON into the input field. Tap "Format" to beautify it, or "Minify" to compress it. The validator will highlight any syntax errors.

How do I decode a JWT token?

Paste your JWT token into the input field. The app will automatically decode and display the header, payload, and signature.

How do I save my work?

Each tool will automatically save your work to history. Your history is stored locally on your device and accessible from the History tab.

Can I share outputs?

Yes! Most tools have a "Copy" or "Share"button. For QR codes, you can save to your camera roll or share directly.

Troubleshooting

The app is crashing or not working

Try these steps:

  1. Force close and restart the app
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store/Play Store
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your subscription will remain active)
  5. If issues persist, contact support with your device model and OS version

My subscription isn't working

Try these steps:

  1. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall screen
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID/Google account you used to purchase
  3. Check your subscription status in App Store/Play Store settings
  4. Restart the app
  5. If still not working, contact support with your purchase receipt

I lost my history

History is stored locally on your device. If you uninstalled the app, cleared app data, or switched devices, your history will be lost. Unlimited subscriptions sync across devices, but history does not.

The tool output looks wrong

Double-check your input for errors. If you believe there's a bug, please email us with: (1) the tool you're using, (2) your input, (3) the actual output, and (4) what you expected.

Privacy & Security

Do you collect my data?

We collect minimal data - only anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve the app. All tool processing happens locally. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use DevKit Pro for sensitive data?

Since all processing happens locally on your device, it's generally safe. However, we recommend not storing highly sensitive data (passwords, API keys, etc.) in history or favorites.

How do I delete my data?

You can clear history within the app. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app from your device.
